Professional Experience
William Hong is an associate attorney working in the Worker's Compensation, Bankruptcy and General Civil Litigation Departments at the Law Offices of Bob Nehoray. Mr. Hong's primary focus is in the firm's Labor and Employment Department where he handles both Workers' Compensation and Employment Matters. Mr. Hong's experience and extensive knowledge of the Labor Code allows him to effectively advocate for his client's best interests. Due to the multi-disciplinary nature of the firm's Employment Law Department, Mr.
Hong has extensive experience in Civil Litigation.
As the lead attorney in the firm's Bankruptcy Department, Mr. Hong has
represented individuals, couples and businesses in filing for bankruptcy
protection under Chapters 7, 11 and 13. His experience in representing
secure lenders allows Mr. Hong to understand and analyze the case from the
perspective of all parties. Mr. Hong also has extensive experience in
drafting and negotiating Reaffirmation Agreements which may be necessary to
protect any property the client wishes to maintain after the bankruptcy
proceedings.
Prior to joining the Law Offices of Bob Nehoray, Mr. Hong has represented
secured lenders in matters related to bankruptcy. He has also interned and
clerked with judges in the Suffolk County Superior Court and interned with
the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office with its Medicare/Medicaid Fraud
Unit. To date, he has made numerous appearances in both State and Federal
District Courts to advocate and advance his client's interests; which he
continues to do so today.
With an extensive background in business, real property, labor law and in
bankruptcy, Mr. Hong is equipped to provide his clients with sound legal
advice. Mr. Hong prides himself in providing his clients with thorough legal
and factual analysis in formulating the most efficient and responsive
approach.
