Professional Experience

Ms. Faridian is an associate attorney working in the Civil, Criminal Defense and Worker's Compensation Departments. Since joining the Law Offices of Bob Nehoray in 2006, Ms. Faridian has handled a wide range of civil matters including, but not limited to, personal injury, employment medical malpractice, and business and commercial disputes. Her strong linguistic skills, including fluency in English, Spanish and Farsi allow her to communicate effectively with clients of varied backgrounds and extend her reach to multiple communities.

Ms. Faridian has extensive experience on worker's compensation matters, defending in excess of one hundred depositions to date. Ms. Faridian has the experience to protect clients' rights and privacy during the most crucial time of a lawsuit.

Prior to joining the Law Offices of Bob Nehoray, Ms. Faridian helped manage one of Southern California's top Criminal Defense Firms. Her background and experience gives her the versatility to work in multiple practice areas, particularly with cases which may have overlap between multiple fields.
